Baron Haussmann rebuilt Paris, they say. His sublime cut stone facades, sculpted with remarkable precision, add to the charm of the City of Light. It is in one of the Haussmann-era buildings that the Hotel Le Belmont Paris is housed.

Haussmann-era
Inspiration
In 2014, Le Belmont Paris made a fresh start because it was ready to be reborn. We decided to swim against the tide of the modernist trend and immerse our guests in a Classic environment. This was done to preserve the authenticity of the building and, ultimately, to honour the timeless Parisian style.
In collaboration with our architect and designer, Le Belmont Paris comes to life by drawing its identity from various historical periods. The French Romantic era offers a major source of inspiration due to its enchanting and elegant elements. Shades of the Empire era mingle with this atmosphere, bringing a touch of grandeur and sophistication.
We also find subtle touches of the Orientalist movement which developed at the time of the great travellers returning from the Far East. These explorers brought back with them treasures such as exotic fabrics and ornaments that left their mark on Parisian Classicism.
Thus, Le Belmont Paris offers an elegant and refined design, with particular attention paid to detail and comfort. Common areas, such as the lobby, restaurant, The Bar, and relaxation areas, are designed to provide a welcoming and luxurious appeal. Premium materials, elegant colours and artistic touches are used to create a sophisticated ambiance.
The layout of our rooms is carefully considered, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities.
Behind the scenes
The furniture
Le Belmont Paris honours Parisian and French artisans to perpetuate a tradition and savoir-faire that is increasingly difficult to preserve. Among the partners who contributed to the renovations of the hotel are Henryot (joinery) and Dissidi (art cabinetmaker).
Henryot & Cie,
French manufacturer since 1867.
Following the example of the finest Haute Couture houses and the last French workshop specialising in hand embroidery, feathers and lacemaking, Henryot & Cie is a traditional and exceptional furniture and seat manufacturer. The company has applied its skills since 1867. Whether reissue, reinterpretation, contemporary creation or new design, the manufacturing of each seat, each piece of furniture is entirely carried out by hand in the traditional way in Liffol-le-Grand on the Vosges, known as the “City of Furniture”.
